くしゃみと鼻水が止まらない
先日風邪をひいてしまい、くしゃみと鼻水が止まらなくなるといったことが二、三日ほど続きました。
最初の頃は手元にティッシュボックスを置いて、鼻がむずむずするたびにティッシュで鼻をかんでいたのですが、いくらかんでもまたすぐに鼻水が出てくるため、あっという間にティッシュ一箱を使い切ってしまい、もう一箱出してきたものの、それもあっという間になくなってしまったのです。
さすがにそこまで短時間でティッシュを使ってしまうとものすごくもったいないような気がしたのですが、だからといってくしゃみや鼻水は止めようと思っても止められるものではなく、結局風邪をひいている間に大量のティッシュを消費してしまった私でした。

ただそれ以外はとくに体がだるいこともなく熱があるわけでもなかったので、夕食の買い物やら何やらで外出もしました。
この時にはマスクをして出かけたのですが、そのマスクの下はというともちろん鼻がぐずぐずで、マスクをしていなかったら大変なところでした。
こうして二、三日ほどはずっとティッシュとマスクが手放せない生活となったわけですが、寝込むことはなかったとはいえ、健康のありがたみをあらためて感じることとなりました。
普段は健康で元気な毎日を送っていることが当たり前になっていましたが、体調を崩してみると元気でいられることがどれだけすばらしいことなのかが分かりますね。
今後はもっとしっかり体調管理をして、体調を崩すことがないよう気をつけていきたいと思います。
